恭喜發財   Kung Hei Fat Choi
"Kung Hei Fat Choi" is a common blessing during Lunar New Year in Taiwan. It means "Wishing you happiness and prosperity". 
The character "財" that used in this work was cut from the red envelope, which represents "fortune", "money" or "desire".
